SPONS is the student swimming association of Amsterdam, focusing on water, fun and sportsmanship. At SPONS you can both train and have fun. After practice we enjoy some drinks at our local pub. You can also join competitions, including the NSZK competition and many other student swimming competitions, with four times per year a pre-drinks, tournament and afterparty! Besides practice, drinks and competitions we also organise many fun activities, including an introduction weekend, the WinterSPONS, annual christmas dinner, the SPONS gala, various seasonal activities and a great closing party.
